Local family owned and operated, TOASTY EMBER was born from the idea that human connection matters. We created this space to bring people together — around fire, flavor, and feeling. Our coffee is roasted with intention, our food is crafted from scratch, and our space is designed to awaken the senses.
Here, mornings linger a little longer, afternoons taste a little sweeter, and community glows in every corner. Because in a world that burns fast — we choose to glow slow.

COFFEE
Globally sourced. Crafted to order.
Our coffee begins with specialty-grade 100% Arabica beans personally curated and cupped by the owners from equatorial regions including Mexico, Tanzania, Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Kenya, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and others. Fire-roasted, each cup highlights the natural flavor of its origin, whether it’s a single-origin or blend pour-over, cold brew, or a smooth espresso. From bold to balanced, fruity to rich, we rotate blends and origins to keep the menu fresh and full of seasonal character. -
ICED LATTES
Double-shot espresso. Velvety cream. Unapologetically smooth. Our iced lattes blend our rich house roast gently poured over slow-melt ice layered with cream (dairy or alt) and seasonal flavors. It’s bold, refreshing, and a little indulgent; your afternoon revival in a cup.

THE AFFOGATO
This Italian-born staple, features our signature double shot of espresso floated over our house-made old world vanilla bean Gelato then finished with a “sweet ash” rim and Bourbon Miele Bruciato. Hot meets cold, bold meets sweet. The perfect fire-meets-ice indulgence.

Our signature cold brew is crafted for bold clarity with zero bitterness. Steeped cold for 18+ hours using our house roasted cold brew blend. EMBERFUEL™ is the clean, energizing fuel your day deserves. Try is straight up or one of our rotating seasonal formulas. -
DIRTY SODAS
House-made cream, natural flavors, and sparkling soda poured over ice. Each one is layered and fizzy; a playful twist on the classic soda fountain.

REFRESHERS
Our refreshers are bright, clean, and intentionally light; crafted from seasonal house-made fruit-base with botanical infusions, then mixed with choice of liquid base including coconut milk, coconut water, or citron. Balanced for clarity rather than sweetness, they’re designed to cool the palate, revive the senses, and pair effortlessly with coffee or food, offering a refreshing alternative to sugary sodas or heavy drinks.

TEAS
We have a large selection of the highest quality organic black, green, white and herbal teas including matcha. Brewed on-demand one cup at a time. Enjoy them chilled over ice or hot; pure, bright and refreshing. Also available with a splash of citron for a tangy EMBER twist.

CAFFÉ CORRETTI
At EMBER, alcohol is never the point; its accent. Our Caffe Corretti menu draws from Italian coffee tradition, where a touch of spirit is used to deepen aroma, warmth, and ritual without overshadowing the coffee itself. Each drink begins with carefully prepared espresso or cold brew and is thoughtfully “corrected” to elevate the experience, not turn it into a bar moment. The result is coffee, refined; meant to be savored slowly, with intention.

Our whole beans are fresh roasted in small batches for clarity, depth, and balance. Choose from our house blend, rotating single-origin varieties, seasonal blends, and signature roasts; each crafted to honor the natural flavor of its origin. Always fresh. Always intentional. Ask us to custom grind it to meet your at-home brewing method. -
ACÁI BOWLS
Starting with our house-made ACÁI base, blended thick and smooth for a soft-serve texture, then finished with blueberries, sliced banana, crunchy house-made toasted granola, and a light drizzle of organic raw honey. It’s naturally dairy-free, balanced, and satisfying anytime of the day.
